Eden Althaus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. She offers a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop meaningful strategies for growth and healing. Eden’s approach integrates evidence-based practices with a warm, collaborative style that centers each client’s unique strengths and goals.

Eden works with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in the belief that change is possible when we feel seen, supported, and understood.
